Quit the Quit
An 8-week hybrid group coaching program for women who are done starting over with weight loss
You've tried the plans.
You know what you're "supposed" to do.
But every time life gets messy, everything falls apart - and you're back to starting over.
Quit the Quit is for women who are tired of repeating that cycle.
Extreme diets fail.
Perfection-based rules fall apart.
And plans that ignore your actual life never last.
This program is about building consistency that survives real life.
What Quit the Quit Actually Is
Instead of trying harder, you'll change how you approach nutrition, movement, and consistency in the first place.
We stop asking:
"How do I do this perfectly?"
And start asking:
"How do I keep going when things aren't perfect?"
With weekly guidance, real-time coaching, and flexible structure, Quit the Quit helps you continue instead of quitting.
Let's find out if this is the right program for you . . .
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You’re done with restrictive diets and extremes — you already know they don’t work
You want to lose weight, but your schedule and stress make consistency feel impossible
You know what to do, but when things get busy, everything unravels
Perfectionism makes it hard to start — and even harder to recover when you “mess up”
Food spirals start the moment you feel “off track.”
You want movement that supports your life, not something that feels like punishment
You’ve restarted more times than you can count — and you’re tired of blaming yourself for it
If this feels uncomfortably accurate, this program was built for you.
THE SOLUTION: QUIT THE QUIT!
THE PROBLEM QUIT THE QUIT SOLVES:
Most weight loss plans only work when:
Your schedule is predictable
Your energy is high
And nothing unexpected happens
That's why consistency disappears the moment life gets stressful.
Quit the Quit is built for the weeks where things don't go as planned - so a hard week doesn't turn into another reset.
How Quit the Quit Works
Quit the Quit is built around weekly action and adjustment.
Each week you'll get:
One question to reflect on
Something specific to help you identify what's actually getting in your way.
One focus for the week
So you're not trying to fix everything at once.
One live group coaching call
We talk through the week together, troubleshoot real-life obstacles, and adjust as needed.
If you can't make it live, replays are available.
That's it.
Simple by design - because complicated plans are what caused the problem in the first place.
Hi, I'm Ashley!
And for the longest time, I genuinely thought my biggest problem was that I just couldn’t find the right thing to stay consistent with.
Like if I could just find a plan that finally “clicked”…
then I’d stop falling off, stop restarting, and actually lose the weight.
But that wasn’t the issue.
I didn’t lose weight when I found the right plan.
I lost it when I stopped identifying as someone who quits…
and became someone who follows through.
I used to be GREAT at starting things — and terrible at staying consistent once life got messy.
I tried everything: Weight Watchers, keto, shakes, fasting, cleanses, 75 Hard…
I’d go all in, then hit one off day and spiral into: “Screw it.”
So I’d quit, restart, and convince myself I just needed a better plan.
I even increased the intensity because I thought if I could lose the weight fast enough, I wouldn’t have time to quit first.
But the more intense the plan, the quicker I burned out.
What changed everything was realizing that following through doesn’t mean going 100% all the time. It means letting good enough be enough and continuing when things don’t go as planned.
That’s why I created Quit the Quit — to help you break the start-over cycle and build consistency that actually works in real life, with coaching and a group of women who will root for you through the messy parts.
If you’re great at starting but tired of restarting,
Quit the Quit is where you break the pattern.

Quit the Quit isn’t for the “last 5 vanity pounds” crowd.
It’s for the women who’ve quit on themselves one too many times and are ready to break that pattern for good.
Whether you haven’t set foot in a gym or you’ve been working out but still spiral when it comes to food, Quit the Quit is where you END the start-stop-start-stop cycle.
